What this website loads

The pages are plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Fonts, images and scripts are served from the same server as the page itself. Nothing is requested from Google Fonts, no analytics service is embedded, no advertising network is used, no consent banner is needed.

The only outbound link that leaves the site on purpose is the Measure your site button. It opens Google PageSpeed Insights in a new tab with the address you typed. Nothing you type into that field is sent to us or stored here; it only becomes part of the link you click.

Server log files

The hosting provider automatically records the data your browser transmits: the page requested, the time, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, your browser and operating system, and your IP address. This is necessary for operating and securing the site and is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. It is not merged with other data sources.

TO DO · Name the hosting provider and the retention period for the log files. If there is an order-processing agreement (AVV), say so here.

Contact by form, e-mail or telephone

If you contact us, we process the details you give us in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries related to a contract and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise. We keep the data until your enquiry is settled, subject to statutory retention periods.

The contact form uses a hidden field to filter out automated submissions. No captcha service is used, so nothing is sent to a third party for that.

TO DO · Decide where the form sends to. If it posts to a server-side endpoint, name it and how long submissions are stored. At the moment the form opens the visitor’s own mail program instead.

Purchase and licence

TO DO · Name the payment provider once it is decided, what data it receives, where it is based, and the legal basis. If it acts as merchant of record, say so — that changes who the contract is with.

Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; for us this is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

SSL/TLS

This site uses transport encryption. You can tell by the address beginning with https and the lock symbol in your browser.
