If Speed Booster does not do for your site what we say it does, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full. We do not ask for a reason and we do not ask you to prove anything.
Send an e-mail to anfrage@ip2c.de from the address you bought with, or use the contact form. Mention your licence key or your order number if you have it to hand. The refund goes back the way you paid.
Most of the time a disappointing result has a cause we can find: a second cache plugin still active, Enfold’s own merging still switched on, a hosting limit, or a script that must not be deferred. Send us the URL before you ask for the refund and we will look at it. If it still does not work, the refund stands.
For consumers in the EU the statutory right of withdrawal applies in addition to this guarantee and is not affected by it.
TO DO · A proper Widerrufsbelehrung plus the Muster-Widerrufsformular belongs here, and for digital goods delivered immediately you need the customer’s express consent to start delivery before the withdrawal period ends. The wording depends on the payment provider — add it before you take the first payment.
